WHAT IS VINTAGE?
Since a few years the term 'vintage' has been used freely more and more by many different people to describe different things. We use the term vintage for things and cloths that are at least 20 years old but not older then a 100 years old (in that case we call it antique).
WHAT IS FAIR TRADE?
Fair trade means giving producers a decent price for their work, ensuring that working conditions are safe, with adequate heat, ventilation, etc. avoiding the exploitation of children, women and other oppressed groups and trying to ensure that trade benefits the community as well as the individual. By buying our fair trade products, you are participating in this process
I SAW SOMETHING ON YOUR SITE I LOVED BUT NOW IT IS GONE WHEN WILL YOU HAVE MORE? CAN I STILL BUY IT?
We sell vintage and fair trade products. In case of the item you loved was a vintage item then gone means really gone. Sorry. This is both the beauty and tragedy of vintage, it's rare and therefor often unique. If the item you loved was a fair trade item then there's a change that we will try to re-order the item once it's sold out. Please send us an e-mail if you would like to get notified when the item is in stock again.
CAN I GET WHOLESALE PRICING? IF I ORDER A LOT OF ITEMS. CAN I GET DISCOUNTED PRICING? CAN I GET THIS CHEAPER?
We try to keep our prices sharp to make in fun the shop. All our prices are in comparison with what the products are worth. Therefor our prices are not negotiable. We do however have some really great sales so be sure to join our mailing list and follow us on Facebook and Instagram to be the first to hear about our promotions.
CAN I GET THIS IN A DIFFERENT SIZE, COLOUR, LENGTH ETC...?
The different options we offer you in the product description are the only options we have. As for the vintage clothing: t he odds of finding two identical pieces, though not impossible, are not very good at all (which is why you will most likely not buy something your neighbour has in her closet to!)

On working days we answer whit in 24 hours but usually faster.
CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER IN PERSON?
Yes, it's possible to pick up items in Rotterdam, please send us an e-mail so that we can so that we can arrange your visit.
CAN MY ORDER BE GIFT WRAPPED?
We believe that everything you buy on our website deserves to be gift wrapped therefor all our products are nicely wrapped. If you've got any special request please leave a note with your order and we will see what we can do.
CAN I ADD AN ITEM, CHANGE, OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
We work fast and hard to process your order as fast as we can therefor it's difficult to catch packages before they are out the door, but we are always happy to try! Email us with any cancelation or modification requests.
WHAT PAYMENTS METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept payments by PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. All our payments go true Stripe. for our customers that live in the Netherlands we also offer the option of payment by bank transfer. Please send us an e-mail if you would like to pay by bank transfer.
IS IT SAFE TO MAKE A PAYMENT ON YOUR WEBSITE?
Yes, once you go to the checkout you will come into a digital secured area.
Shipping and Returns
IT'S BEEN LONGER THAN 3 DAYS, CAN I STILL RETURN MY ITEM?
If you would like to return an item you must notify us whit in 3 days. If we don't receive this notification then we're not able to take back the product and give you a refund.
WHEN WILL MY RETURN BE PROCESSED?
After we've received your returned products we will give you a notification and you will get a refund whit in 5 working days.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
After we shipped your order we, unfortunately, have no influence on how fast the order will get to you. This depends on where you live. In general it's safe to keep these guidelines
for NL: 1 to 3 working days
for Europe: 3 to 14 working days
for the rest of the world: 14 to 24 working days
You will always receive a notification of when your order was shipped with a track and trace code to follow the shipping process.
WHAT WILL I DO IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED?
If an article arrives damaged, we ask that you immediately let us know by e-mail. We ask you to attach a clear picture of the damage. After receiving your e-mail with photo we will check whether returning the item is meaningful. If return is not useful, we will give you a refund of the purchase price of the damaged item. If return is significant you receive the purchase price and the costs incurred for the return of the damaged item. In both cases, we will give you a refund as soon as possible (within five days).
